Audio Access Terms

Please read these terms and our Privacy Notice before registering. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not create an account or use the service. By registering and using the service, you agree to these terms. Please check this page periodically for updates. If you disagree with a future change, stop using the service and contact us to close your account. Changes are subject to the safeguards in section 7 below.

1. About AllMusing

This service at reader.allmusing.net is operated by B.Y Leong, trading as AllMusing where applicable (“we”, “us”). Contact us at enquiry@allmusing.net.

We provide complimentary companion audio and, where available, supplementary learning resources for eligible AllMusing books. These are additional resources, not a separate paid audio product. These terms cover this companion service, not any future paid ebook or subscription service.

2. Eligibility and your account

To obtain access, you must have purchased the relevant book through an official channel shown on our registration form, provide a genuine purchase receipt, enter the book’s valid access code and complete account verification and security checks. Our current channels include Amazon and Google Books / Google Play Books; the form will show the current list. Contact us if an earlier authorised purchase is not covered by the list.

Each purchased copy of a book may be linked to one reader account only. A receipt covering several different books may be used to add those books to the same account. Do not use the same purchase to obtain access through multiple accounts. If you lose access, recover your account or contact us rather than creating another one.

Receipts must be JPEG or PNG images no larger than 2 MB. Leave the book title, seller, your name and email address, purchase date and order reference visible; hide payment details, your address and unrelated purchases. Do not submit fabricated or misleading evidence. We may review evidence after access is granted and ask for clarification. Initial access does not mean that a retailer has verified your purchase.

Use an email address you control, provide accurate required information and keep your password and access code private. Sign out on shared computers. Each book’s code provides access only to that book’s available companion materials, not the entire library.

If you are under 18, ask a parent or legal guardian to contact us before registration so appropriate access and permissions can be arranged. Schools should contact us before arranging accounts for children.

3. Personal use and copyright

You may stream authorised audio through our player for your own personal learning. Audio is offered for online listening, not as a downloadable audio product. Where we provide an explicit PDF download button, you may download and print that resource for your own personal learning.

Do not share accounts or access codes, sell access, distribute or upload the books or companion materials, use automated tools to extract files, or bypass access controls.

Downloaded PDFs will carry your registration email address and, if different, your current account email address where those details are available.

Copyright remains with its respective owners. Unauthorised copying, sale or distribution may result in civil liability and, where the applicable legal requirements are met, criminal penalties. Penalties depend on the conduct and jurisdiction; they are not automatic charges imposed by this website.

4. Availability and duration

Companion access is not guaranteed for life. There is currently no fixed expiry date for authorised audio access, but recordings, resources and the service may be changed, replaced or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device or network.

Service updates may be published on this website.

5. Misuse and restrictions

We may limit playback or requests, require further verification, or suspend or withdraw access where reasonably necessary to address false declarations, misleading purchase evidence, account sharing, abuse, security risks or material breaches of these terms.

If you believe a restriction is a mistake, contact us so we can review it.

6. Privacy and messages

Our Privacy Notice below explains how we use personal data, including purchase evidence, activity records and PDF watermarks. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Account verification, password-reset and other necessary service messages are separate from optional marketing emails.

7. Changes, closure and legal rights

We may revise these terms by publishing the updated version and date on this page. Please check periodically. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time by emailing enquiry@allmusing.net. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us at the same address with questions or complaints.

Privacy Notice

This notice covers our companion-audio service, related resources, reader accounts and optional newsletter signup. It does not describe a future paid shop or ebook subscription service.

1. What we collect

We collect information you provide, records generated when you use the service and information from providers who support its operation.

2. How we use personal data

We use personal data to run our business and provide, manage and improve our services.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We send newsletters only if you choose to receive them. You may withdraw that choice through the website’s newsletter preference, an unsubscribe option where provided, or by contacting us. Necessary account messages may still be sent.

3. Receipts and personalised PDFs

Purchase screenshots and the declaration accepted with them are stored privately and made available to authorised administrators for eligibility checks, access management, disputes and abuse prevention. Please redact payment information, your address and unrelated purchases before uploading. Leave the relevant book and purchase details visible.

Personalised PDF download include your registration email address and your current account email address if different, where recorded. This identifies the authorised recipient.

4. Cookies and security services

The site uses cookies and similar technologies needed for login, protected access and security. Blocking them may prevent parts of the service from working.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse. It may process browser, device, network/IP and interaction information, and use security cookies when a protected form loads or is used. Our server verifies the security token with Google. See Google’s reCAPTCHA information. Contact us if you cannot complete a security check.

5. Sharing and cross-border processing

We share information where reasonably necessary with authorised providers supporting our business, including hosting, email, security, backup and technical-support providers, professional advisers and Google reCAPTCHA. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, including to protect legal rights or address misuse.

Personal data will be transferred across borders to operate our business and provide our services. It may be stored, accessed or processed in countries other than where you live, including wherever we and our service providers operate. This supports website hosting, email delivery, backups, security, support and account administration.

We take reasonable steps to protect information in these arrangements and meet applicable data-protection requirements.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including operating our business, managing access, handling disputes and meeting legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it. Backup copies may remain until replaced or removed through normal backup processes.

We use reasonable safeguards and restrict access to authorised people and providers. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Updates

We may update this notice by posting a revised version and date here. Please review it periodically. We do not routinely email individual notices of updates.
